About Our Teas
What types of tea do you sell?
We offer loose-leaf blends and pure teas, including French Earl Grey, English Breakfast, Japanese matcha, Butterfly Pea, Glow Herbal Tisane, Radiance Blend, Peppermint, and seasonal specials.
Are your teas organic?
Yes. All teas are organic at source, meaning they are grown without pesticides or chemical sprays.Â
We’re not organic certified because certification requires every part of the supply chain, including us, to be audited and registered, which adds significant cost. Our teas are grown organically at source by trusted farms, but we’ve chosen to keep our pricing accessible rather than pass certification fees onto you.
Do your teas contain artificial flavours?
No. We use only whole tea leaves and real botanicals. There are no artificial flavours, sweeteners, colours, or preservatives.
Do your teas contain allergens?
Our teas are blended in a facility that handles only tea and dried botanicals. No nuts, dairy, or gluten are used, but we recommend checking ingredient lists for any personal sensitivities.
Brewing and Caffeine
What is the caffeine content of your teas?
Black teas: ~40–70 mg per cup, depending on steep time
Herbal teas: naturally caffeine-free
Matcha: ~70 mg per half-teaspoon serving
Can I reduce the caffeine in my tea?
Yes. Use the rinse-steep method: pour hot water over leaves for 30 seconds, discard, then brew as normal.
Health and Safety
Is tea safe during pregnancy or breastfeeding?
Most teas are safe in moderation, but caffeine intake should be limited to around 200 mg per day. Consult your healthcare provider if unsure.
Are herbal teas safe for children?
Many caffeine-free herbal teas are suitable for older children. Always check ingredients and consult a healthcare professional for young children. Butterfly pea tea is safe for all ages. Soursop tea is not suitable for pregnant women, children, or people on medication.

We do loose leaves that you can taste and non of that dusty stuff in a bag.
